My shining moment:
— Bachelor League (@BachLeague) June 27, 2017
This is easily the most popular tweet I've ever posted. I'm not going to lie, I kind of like all of the attention. And much credit to Channel 2 in Atlanta, who provided the most amazing chyron at the most perfect time ever.
So, a lot happened last night!
Jack Stone's awkward 1-on-1 and subsequent elimination in Bluffton, a hop-skip-jump over to Oslo, Norway, and Bryan's stellar 1-on-1, featuring rappelling, a ton of making out, and the first "falling in love with you" admission.
Rachel loved it, y'all.
Then there was the handball group date, where Peter got to hump in the hot tub but Will got the group date rose. And true to Episode 5 form, this sent Peter into a spiral of doubt and insecurity. We're about halfway there, which is when the frontrunners start to question the process (you hear that, Bryan? it's coming for you too.)
And then! We actually got to see the first part of the 2-on-1. I was convinced that they were going to make us wait for all of it until tonight, but production came through! Now if we could just get two rose ceremonies tonight to get caught up...
Begin the speculation now:
We all know Lee is going home tonight, right? I mean, he has to. And we know that the cut on Kenny's eye isn't from the 2-on-1? He's wearing a totally different outfit in those scenes. Clearly he makes it through and gets a minor injury on a future group date. (Honestly, I don't know exactly what happens - but I've seen enough of this show and read enough of Sharleen's blog to put the pieces together.)
What are we going to see tonight?
- The end of the 2-on-1 (and the demise of Lee!)
- A rose ceremony in Norway
- Travel to Copenhagen, Denmark
- A 1-on-1 in Copenhagen
- A Viking Games group date
- A 1-on-1 in Sweden
- Maybe? Another rose ceremony? Maybe?
Basically, I think it's going to be a bloodbath. At the beginning of last night's episode, there were 14 dudes in South Carolina. At the end of tonight's episode, there's a good chance that we may be down to 6. Yes, 6. That's if we get a rose ceremony at the end of the episode, though - and there's a very (very) good chance that will be kicked until two weeks from now.
What do you need to know for tonight?
Points update after Episode 5:[table “4108” not found /]
Basically, Kenny is knocking it out of the park. He was bleeped approximately 25 times, which means he racked up the points (and hopefully you did too!).
